ZQ135HE  High-Speed Fully Electric Injection Blow Molding Machine

All operational movements of the machine are fully servo-driven, removing the need for hydraulic oil and reducing environmental impact. It achieves a 20% cycle time reduction compared to traditional injection-blow molding machines: for 30ml bottles, each cycle is 8.2 seconds, yielding 105,000 bottles per day with a maximum daily output of 115,000 bottles. Energy efficiency is optimized by 30%, with an hourly consumption of approximately 12 kWh for 30ml bottle production. The machine operates at a significantly lower noise level, and its servo system integrates absolute encoders for high precision and repeatability. A special clamping structure with adjustable force (40-80 tons) caters to diverse product specifications. The bottom-up design prevents lubricating oil contamination in the mold area, complying with hygiene standards for pharmaceutical and high-grade plastic bottle packaging. Customizable to customer requirements, it uses an electric cylinder-driven injection unit for stable injection and reduced maintenance costs. The conveyor can be connected to visual inspection systems (for foreign particles, insufficient mouth material, uneven bottoms), side-leak testers, labeling machines, and automatic packaging equipment, enabling fully automated unattended production.
