ZQ110HE  High-Speed Fully Electric Injection Blow Molding Machine

Featuring full servo motor drive for all movements, the machine is hydraulic oil-free, ensuring cleaner operation. It outperforms traditional models with a 20% faster cycle time: 8.2 seconds per cycle for 30ml bottles, with a daily output of 105,000 bottles and a maximum of 115,000 bottles per day. Energy consumption is reduced by roughly 30%, consuming 12 kWh per hour for 30ml bottle production. Lower noise, combined with a servo system equipped with absolute encoders, guarantees high repeatability and precision. A special clamping structure offers 40-80 tons adjustable clamping force, adapting to a wide range of product requirements. The bottom-up design keeps the mold area free of lubricating oil, meeting the strict hygiene requirements of pharmaceutical packaging and high-quality plastic bottles. Fully customizable to suit different customers' specific needs, the machine adopts an electric cylinder injection unit that delivers superior injection stability and significantly cuts maintenance costs. The conveyor rear is compatible with visual inspection systems, side-leak testers, labeling machines, and automatic packaging equipment, supporting unattended full automation by detecting foreign particles, insufficient mouth material, and uneven bottle bottoms.
