ZQ80HE  High-Speed Fully Electric Injection Blow Molding Machine

This servo-controlled injection-blow molding machine operates without hydraulic oil, with all movements powered by servo motors. It achieves a 20% shorter cycle time compared to traditional models—8.2 seconds per cycle for 30ml bottles, translating to 105,000 bottles per day and a maximum daily output of 115,000 bottles. Energy consumption is cut by 30%, at approximately 12 kWh per hour for 30ml bottle production. Low noise operation is complemented by a servo system with absolute encoders, ensuring high precision and repeatability. A special clamping structure with 40-80 tons adjustable clamping force meets different production needs. The bottom-up design avoids lubricating oil in the mold area, satisfying hygiene standards for pharmaceutical and high-quality plastic bottle packaging. Tailored to customer-specific requirements, the machine uses an electric cylinder-driven injection unit, which enhances injection stability and minimizes maintenance costs. For full automation, the conveyor rear can be integrated with visual inspection systems (checking bottle body foreign particles, mouth insufficient material, uneven bottom), side-leak testers, labeling machines, and automatic packaging equipment, enabling unattended operation.
