ZQ40HE  High-Speed Fully Electric Injection Blow Molding Machine

The machine adopts a full servo motor drive system, completely abandoning hydraulic oil for all movements.
Compared with traditional models, it boasts a 20% shorter cycle time—for 30ml bottles, the cycle is only 8.2 seconds, achieving a daily output of 105,000 bottles and a maximum of 115,000 bottles per day.
Energy consumption is reduced by around 30%, with only 12 kWh per hour for 30ml bottle production. It features lower noise, absolute encoders in the servo system for high repeatability and precision, and a 40-80 ton adjustable clamping force via a special clamping structure.
The bottom-up design keeps the mold area free of lubricating oil, meeting hygiene standards for pharmaceutical packaging and high-quality plastic bottles.
Customizable for customer needs, it uses an electric cylinder-driven injection unit for stable injection and lower maintenance costs. The conveyor rear is compatible with visual inspection systems, leak testers, labeling machines, and automatic packaging equipment for unattended full automation.
